"MBT are a very important part of my running routine, especially on race days. I use them both to warm up my muscles pre-race and then cool them down afterwards. The muscle activation I receive from wearing the shoes ensures my muscles are fully stretched in order for me to run a good race and then afterwards they prevent stiffness. Even when I'm training to run a marathon they are an important part of my training technique. I run my warm up run in the morning and then do my training session in the afternoon. If I wear the MBT in between these runs I find my muscles are still activated from my warm-up and so I get a better performance in my session than when I don't wear them. "
